Albany
About five hours drive from Perth, situated on the southern coast of Western Australia, you will find Albany. It is the one of the major towns of the South West Region with a dramatic convict history and a former booming whaling industry. The natural Bridge and The Gap are two of the many natural wonders you can visit while you are in Albany. From here on you can explore through the South West region, get a taste of the fine food and wine in Margaret River, experience world class surf, see the impressive forests and do The Tree Top Walk in The Valley Of The Giants or go and join a whale-spotting trip (in season). The South West is a region with something for everybody and is attractive in any season at any time of the year.
