Mount Wellington

Mount Wellington is also known by its aboriginal name of Kunanyi. From the top, one can see for miles and miles up the Derwent Valley, down to the Southern Ocean and across to Port Arthur. Experience the thrill of a down-hill bike ride or simply enjoy the spectacular views. There are many good walking tracks, with track maps available from the Hobart Visitor Center. Self-drive, bus touring or public transport are possible transportation methods to the mountain top.
